Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment transactions are securely processed through authorized third-party payment providers, and Blckigd does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you need to request an order cancellation, please contact us promptly at info@blckigd.com.
You may request to cancel an order within 12 hours after placing the order or at any time before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
Once an order has been shipped or transferred to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled. After delivery, eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Blckigd provides Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimum order value is required.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. After dispatch, standard shipping generally takes approximately 5–10 business days.
Delivery estimates are provided for reference and may vary due to carrier operations, destination, weather conditions, seasonal shipping volume, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Tracking information may take approximately 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the shipment.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Returned products must generally be unused, unassembled, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned with the applicable original packaging, components, hardware, accessories, and other included materials.

How do I initiate a return?
To request a return, contact us at info@blckigd.com within the applicable 30-day return period.
Please include your order number, the product you wish to return, the reason for the return, and any relevant photographs when applicable. Returns require prior authorization from Blckigd before being sent back.
Who pays for return shipping?
For eligible voluntary returns due to personal preference, size, style, or ordering error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims caused by our error, Blckigd will cover the applicable return shipping cost where a return is required.
Warranty
Do Blckigd lighting fixtures include a warranty?
Eligible products are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
The limited warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect wiring, accidents, improper maintenance, external electrical conditions, or normal wear and tear.
